Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers and hardware teams to define commodity strategy and technology roadmaps for GPUs and AI accelerators.
- Manage global sourcing, supplier qualification, and performance to ensure on-time delivery and lead-time compression.
- Stay updated on industry trends in AI silicon and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Negotiate commercial agreements for pricing, volume, and capacity reservations.
- Deploy predictive analytics and tools for risk anticipation in the supply chain.
- Mentor cross-functional teams on supply chain best practices.
- Foster a culture of ownership and speed across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in business, supply chain, or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in global supply chain or procurement focusing on semiconductors or high-performance computing hardware.
- Strong technical understanding of GPU/accelerator architectures and the semiconductor supply ecosystem.
- Proven track record in sourcing for leading-edge silicon technologies.
- Experience in fast-paced technology companies with scaling demands.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
