Responsibilities
- Rapidly design, develop, and test highly reliable electronics for satellite communication.
- Drive electrical architecture, specification, component selection, circuit board design, implementation, verification, and debugging.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, thermal, manufacturing, and production test teams.
- Ensure thorough design and hardware bring-up/characterization/testing.
- Generate and verify requirements throughout the hardware life cycle.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to solve previously unsolved problems.
- Communicate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
- 2+ years of experience designing electronics products.
- Experience with mixed-signal circuit board design from concept to production.
- Proficiency in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging electronics.
- Strong understanding of programming languages (Python, C/C++).
- Ability to work autonomously in a demanding start-up atmosphere.
- An active clearance is preferred for working on sensitive projects.
