Responsibilities
- Design detailed electrical systems for power distribution, lighting, and emergency generators.
- Provide engineering support for troubleshooting electrical equipment and systems.
- Ensure compatibility of electrical systems with mechanical systems and facility power budgets.
- Coordinate electrical installations with local utility personnel.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Work collaboratively with construction engineers and trade partners.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical projects and power distribution systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Experience with UPS systems, generators, and switchgear.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience and a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Hawthorne, CA, and work extended hours when needed.
