Responsibilities
- Lead project team through the entire engineering process, including procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Perform full lifecycle engineering tasks for various critical projects on a tight timeline.
- Develop and issue drawings, designs, documentation, and reports for industrial, aerospace, and commercial projects.
- Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts with subcontractors.
- De-escalate and resolve design and construction conflicts.
- Coordinate with electrical utilities providers to ensure reliable power service.
- Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with applicable codes and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a similar field.
- 6+ years of experience designing and building commercial/industrial power systems.
- 8+ years of professional experience in electrical and power distribution systems (<600Vac).
- Working knowledge of transformers, switchgear, motor control centers, and building construction specifications.
- Experience with critical power infrastructure, including UPS systems and backup generators.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit.
- Familiarity with National Electric Code and National Fire Protection Association standards.
