Responsibilities
- Design new hardware and modify existing PCBAs to enhance reliability and functionality.
- Own avionics hardware across the entire product lifecycle.
- Improve reliability and manufacturability through changes to electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Conduct root cause investigations for off-nominal unit behavior.
- Provide engineering justification for production issues during assembly and testing.
- Create test setups and execute hardware validation through testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various engineering projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering.
- 1+ years of professional experience in electronics design.
- Experience in developing new hardware for high reliability applications.
- Proficiency in designing signal conditioning circuits and digital circuits.
- Familiarity with schematic capture and board layout tools, preferably Altium.
- Knowledge of digital communication interfaces and common circuit blocks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional projects.
