Responsibilities
- Design and build controls infrastructure for ground support equipment.
- Maintain operational capability of control voltage electrical systems.
- Develop and upgrade data acquisition and control systems.
- Create new automation systems for launch and test infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for controls technicians and other engineering groups.
- Analyze data to assess electrical systems' function and health.
- Assist in designing and analyzing experiments for test articles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physics, electrical engineering, or computer engineering.
- 6+ months experience with data acquisition systems (internship/project experience acceptable).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
- Knowledge of high-reliability processes and documentation practices.
- Experience with designing and troubleshooting data acquisition and control hardware.
- Familiarity with mixed signal electronics and PCB design.
