Responsibilities
- Design and build the controls infrastructure for ground support equipment.
- Maintain operational capability of control voltage electrical systems.
- Develop and upgrade data acquisition and control systems.
- Create new automation systems to support launch infrastructure needs.
- Provide technical support to controls technicians and other engineering groups.
- Develop new hardware to improve capabilities and reduce costs.
- Analyze data to assess function and health of electrical systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physics, electrical engineering, or computer engineering.
- 6+ months of experience with data acquisition systems (internship/project experience acceptable).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of high-reliability processes and documentation practices.
- Experience with data acquisition and control hardware design.
- Familiarity with mixed signal electronics and PCB design.
