Responsibilities
- Design, build, qualify, and implement projects for machine design, robotics, and manufacturing processes.
- Architect, write, and debug PLC code.
- Implement vision systems for robotic guidance and quality control.
- Design systems to control processes and track factory performance.
- Create user interfaces for complex machines.
- Develop electrical, pneumatic, and fluid schematics for control panels.
- Ensure factory safety through compliance with ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in automation and controls systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with industrial automation and related hardware.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and robotics programming.
- Understanding of electrical systems and schematic design.
