Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a global organization accountable for system software and firmware.
- Own the technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for system software and firmware.
- Drive software system architecture, build reviews, and technical decisions.
- Deliver end-to-end execution from prototypes through production and post-launch.
- Lead the PlayStation Link technology roadmap and delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong operating mechanisms for planning and quality targets.
- Hire, mentor, and develop engineering leaders.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience in system software, embedded systems, or firmware.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing teams.
- Experience shipping products with tight hardware/software integration.
- Proven ability to lead architecture and technical direction.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience collaborating with external partners.
- Excellent communication skills.
