Responsibilities
- Drive operational cadence for engineering meetings and activities.

- Collaborate with Hardware, Product, and Quality teams for alignment on priorities.
- Support organizational design and hiring prioritization.
- Track status and milestones for ASIC tapeouts.
- Ensure quality and completeness of engineering documentation.

Job Requirements
- 10+ years in semiconductor/SoC/ASIC engineering.
- Experience in a Chief of Staff or similar technical leadership role.
- Strong technical acumen and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience managing complex silicon programs.
- High emotional intelligence and organizational awareness.
- Excellent communication and structured thinking skills.
- Prior experience in RTL2GDSII chip design is a plus.
