Responsibilities
- Serve as Chief of Staff to the Head of Engineering.
- Drive operational cadence including meetings and tech talks.
- Frame and resolve high-leverage decisions and manage escalations.
- Partner with Hardware, Product, and Quality teams for alignment.
- Support organizational design and headcount planning.
- Lead ASIC Tape out Management and milestone tracking.
- Generate internal reporting for Silicon Engineering leadership.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in semiconductor/SoC/ASIC engineering environment.
- Proven success in Chief of Staff or similar technical leadership role.
- Strong technical acumen in engineering trade-offs.
- Experience running program cadence for complex silicon programs.
- High emotional intelligence and organizational awareness.
- Exceptional communication and structured thinking skills.
- Prior experience in leading RTL2GDSII chip design is a plus.
