Responsibilities
- Serve as Chief of Staff to the Head of Engineering.
- Drive operational cadence for engineering meetings and engagements.
- Frame and resolve high-leverage decisions and proactively address blockers.
- Manage escalations and organizational friction, ensuring resolution.
- Collaborate with Hardware, Product, and Quality teams for alignment and communication.
- Oversee ASIC Tape out Management and milestone tracking.
- Generate internal reporting for Silicon Engineering leadership.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in semiconductor/SoC/ASIC or high-complexity engineering.
- Experience in Chief of Staff, Staff Program Manager, or similar role.
- Strong technical acumen related to engineering trade-offs.
- Proven ability to organize complex workflows and drive follow-through.
- High emotional intelligence and organizational awareness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in leading RTL2GDSII chip design is a plus.
