Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and analyze new products and components.
- Collaborate with industrial design and engineering teams.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement design improvements.
- Support development builds at external suppliers.
- Create detailed design models and documentation.
- Develop and conduct technical experiments for design selection.
- Lead and contribute to technical design reviews.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and knowledge of materials.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD and 2D documentation.
- Technical background in product design and structural analysis.
- Strong communication skills for presentations and collaboration.
- Preferred: MS in mechanical engineering, experience with consumer electronics and overseas manufacturing.
