Responsibilities
- Own schematic design, component selection, and stackup definition for boards from concept to final deliverable.
- Design in complex SOCs, PMICs, Wireless ICs, and sensors for low-power consumer electronics.
- Lead and contribute to technical design reviews.
- Supervise and review layout for PCB, Flex, and Rigid Flex designs.
- Debug hardware issues with cross-functional teams.
- Test and validate all board-level and systems-level aspects of electrical designs.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, RF, thermal, and industrial design teams.
Job Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of post-Bachelor’s electrical or hardware engineering experience.
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals and electronic design experience.
- Proficiency in designing battery-operated systems and familiarity with various communication interfaces.
- Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
- Great interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
- Preferred: MS in Electrical Engineering or experience with Cadence Orcad and Allegro.
