Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-impact Technical Program Management organization.
  • Manage cross-organizational dependencies and alignments in a resource-constrained environment.
  • Partner with engineering leads to shape strategies and manage full lifecycle of key programs.
  • Influence architectural trade-offs and drive accountability across the company.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and communicate with senior stakeholders.
  • Direct the creation of automation and platform improvements to enhance engineering velocity.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop TPMs and engineers to build organizational capability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Engineering/Technical Program Management in consumer hardware or software.
  • 5+ years of team management experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale programs across distributed teams.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and ticket management systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Preferred experience in software/hardware engineering and managing production systems.
