Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a lean, high-impact TPM organization.
  • Manage ambiguity and cross-organizational dependencies in resource-constrained environments.
  • Partner with engineering leads on the strategy and full lifecycle of key programs.
  • Influence architectural trade-offs and drive accountability across the company.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and communicate with senior stakeholders.
  • Guide the evolution of Snap’s technical ecosystem with automation and platform improvements.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop TPMs and engineers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in Engineering/Technical Program Management in the consumer hardware/software industry.
  • 5+ years managing a team in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale programs across distributed teams.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and source control.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Preferred experience in software/hardware engineering and high-scale consumer technology.
