Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-impact Technical Program Management organization.
- Manage cross-organizational dependencies and alignments in a resource-constrained environment.
- Partner with engineering leads to shape strategies and manage full lifecycle of key programs.
- Influence architectural trade-offs and drive accountability across the company.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Direct the creation of automation and platform improvements to enhance engineering velocity.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop TPMs and engineers to build organizational capability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Engineering/Technical Program Management in consumer hardware or software.
- 5+ years of team management experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale programs across distributed teams.
- Experience with data visualization tools and ticket management systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Preferred experience in software/hardware engineering and managing production systems.
