Responsibilities
- Design mechanical parts and assemblies for aircraft and accessories.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers on PCBAs and other components.
- Interface with vendors and manage technical activities.
- Define and execute engineering tests and analyze system trade-offs.
- Drive designs from prototyping to mass production.
- Debug and investigate mechanical failures.
- Produce thorough mechanical part and assembly drawings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in product development with a track record of execution.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD, preferably CATIA.
- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes (injection molding, CNC machining).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prototype efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for mechanical design and strategic decision-making.
