Responsibilities
- Design mechanical parts and assemblies for aircraft and ground stations.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate custom components.
- Interface with vendors and support operations and supply chain teams.
- Define and execute engineering tests to evaluate designs.
- Drive designs from prototyping to mass production.
- Debug and investigate mechanical failures.
- Produce detailed mechanical part and assembly drawings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in product development and execution.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD, preferably CATIA.
- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prototype efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for mechanical design and attention to detail.
