Responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and test mechanical systems and structures.
- Conceptualize and deliver complex mechanical solutions.
- Collaborate within multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
- Utilize Computer Aided Engineering tools in design processes.
- Ensure compliance with engineering principles and practices.
- Contribute to the product lifecycle from design to deployment.
- Prepare for and maintain Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Typically 2 or more years of relevant experience.
- Practical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools.
- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Understanding of Engineering Simulation techniques (e.g., FEA, CFD).
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense industry preferred.
