Responsibilities
- Develop mechanical components of electrical distribution equipment.
- Test mechanical components.
- Design and select components, materials, and parts for mechanical systems.
- Create mechanical models and perform tolerance analyses.
- Calculate and document final layouts for parts and assemblies.
- Maintain technical product files.
- Analyze and suggest improvements to development procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or STEM field.
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical design/R&D for electrical power distribution products.
- Proficiency in 3D solid modeling (Creo/Teamcenter, SolidWorks).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel 10%.
