Responsibilities
- Lead innovation and new product development for electrical equipment (Panelboards and Switchboards).
- Engineer innovative design concepts for new products utilizing Pro/E – CREO.
- Manage and plan projects including scope of work, schedules, costs, and completion dates.
- Prepare prototypes for design feasibility evaluation and testing.
- Work with a cross-functional team to drive projects to completion.
- Contribute to "Design-to-Cost” projects to reduce manufacturing and material costs.
- Create part drawings, material BOMs, and engineering change notices related to product development.
Job Requirements
- BSME or BSEE degree.
- 3 - 7 years of experience in new Product Development Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Pro-E / Creo or similar 3D modeling software.
- Strong knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
- Hands-on prototyping experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Preferred: Panelboard / Switchboard design experience and minimum 2 years of Project Management experience.
