Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve manufacturing capability and standard work documentation.
- Manage CapEx projects including budgeting and vendor selection.
- Apply project management principles for manufacturing improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the automation team on robotic cells and automated systems.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and drive decision-making.
- Lead projects focused on safety, quality, and cost reduction using Lean and Six Sigma.
- Champion standardization and process optimization across the site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles and CAD tools.
- Proven ability to manage CapEx projects and implement production equipment.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Preferred: >5 years of manufacturing experience and relevant certifications.
