Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve manufacturing capability and standard work documentation.
- Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, including budgeting and vendor selection.
- Apply Project Management principles to ensure timely delivery of manufacturing initiatives.
- Collaborate with automation teams to support robotic cells and automated systems.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and drive decision making.
- Lead projects focused on safety, quality, and cost reduction using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Champion standardization and waste reduction across the site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field).
- Prior experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles and CAD modeling tools.
- Proven ability to manage CapEx projects and implement production equipment.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Preferred: >5 years of manufacturing experience and relevant certifications (6 Sigma, Lean, PMP).
