Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve manufacturing capability and standard work documentation.
- Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, including budgeting and vendor selection.
- Apply project management principles for manufacturing improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the automation team to support robotic cells and automated systems.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and drive decision-making.
- Lead projects focused on safety, quality, and cost reduction using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Champion standardization and process optimization across the site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles and CAD tools.
- Proven ability to manage CapEx projects effectively.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with manufacturing execution systems and certifications in Lean/Six Sigma.
