Responsibilities
- Support the Automation team with the deployment of wiring cells and automated material conveyance systems.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and automate reporting.
- Lead projects aimed at improving safety, quality, delivery reliability, and reducing costs using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Oversee manufacturing capability and process documentation for new product introductions.
- Manage capital expenditure projects, including budgeting and vendor coordination.
- Apply project management principles to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing improvement initiatives and operational continuity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing techniques and CAD tools.
- Proven ability to manage CapEx projects effectively.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Preferred experience with manufacturing execution systems and Lean/Six Sigma certification.
