Responsibilities
- Participate in multiple phases of the Engineering/Manufacturing Design & Development process.
- Support engineering and design activities using tools such as Solidworks, 3D CAD Software, AutoCAD, Matlab, and Siemens NX.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address project requirements and challenges.
- Deliver presentations on project findings to peers and leadership.
- Join community activities and employee resource groups to immerse in the company culture.
- Engage in curated learning and professional development sessions.
- Contribute to hands-on projects within diverse business units.
Job Requirements
- Completed coursework in an engineering major.
- Hands-on experience with relevant engineering tools and databases.
- Familiarity with engineering software tools specific to the area of expertise.
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Solid understanding of general engineering fundamentals, mathematics, and physics.
- Enrollment in an accredited degree program with the intention to return to school after the internship.
