Electrical Engineer - Trayer Switchgear

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and commercializing electric power distribution systems, ensuring technical specifications are met, and managing projects with minimal supervision. The role involves creating electrical schematics, inspecting project work for quality assurance, and troubleshooting electrical systems.

• Design and commercialize electric power distribution systems.
• Review electrical system specifications for sales bids.
• Manage assigned projects, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using CAD software.
• Inspect electrical system project work for quality control.
• Identify solutions to technical design problems.
• Monitor industry standards and trends for product development.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience with power engineering system fundamentals.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Experience with SolidWorks and PLC programming.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
