Responsibilities
- Design and manage multilayer PCBs (4-16 layers) using Altium Designer.
- Oversee component selection and generate comprehensive manufacturing documentation.
- Collaborate with procurement and manufacturers to ensure DFM/DFT compliance.
- Create and review product/process test reports and conduct engineering assurance evaluations.
- Work closely with R&D, Project Management, and Manufacturing to resolve technical issues.
- Manage new materials/components in SAP and coordinate vendor selection.
- Ensure electrical designs meet relevant agency requirements and standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- 3+ years of experience in advanced PCB design and layout.
- Strong experience in mixed-signal, digital, analog, and power circuitry design.
- Proven ability to develop PCB stack-ups and generate manufacturing documentation.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging hardware during prototype and production builds.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in engineering with a concentration in power systems.
