Responsibilities
- Design and own test systems for UAV components from concept to validation.
- Work across multiple electrical engineering disciplines, including power electronics and RF communications.
- Develop PCBs to interface between test stands and devices under test.
- Build custom test fixtures for automated testing.
- Automate test sequences using Python for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate in design reviews to advocate for improvements in hardware validation.
- Adapt and innovate in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, or currently pursuing a degree.
- Strong foundation in electrical, mechanical, and software engineering principles.
- Experience in multidisciplinary hardware projects through various means (internships, clubs, etc.).
- Proven track record of ownership and delivering results in technical environments.
- Team-oriented mindset with high standards and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages preferred.
- Familiarity with PCB design tools and CAD tools for mechanical design preferred.
