Responsibilities
- Perform electrical engineering studies, including power factor analysis, harmonic modeling, and grounding analysis.
- Provide engineering-related design, analysis, and studies.
- Design and troubleshoot protective relaying and controls.
- Work with the Field Services team on installation and maintenance projects.
- Interact with customers to gather information and review engineering plans.
- Be hands-on with engineering and field service groups.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and co-workers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a focus on Power Systems studies.
- Willingness to work in the field alongside technicians.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with power system modeling software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of protective relay projects and power quality studies is a plus.
- Utility design experience is a plus.
- Must have a graduation date on or before December 2025.
