Responsibilities
- Perform electrical engineering studies, including power factor analysis and harmonic modeling.
- Provide engineering-related design, analysis, and troubleshooting for protective relaying and controls.
- Occasionally support the Field Services team on installation and maintenance projects.
- Interact with customers to gather information and review engineering plans.
- Engage in hands-on engineering activities alongside field technicians.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and co-workers.
- Utilize power system modeling software as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on Power Systems.
- Willingness to work hands-on in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with power system modeling software is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Understanding of protective relay projects and related studies is beneficial.
- Utility design experience is a plus.
- Commitment to safety and integrity in the workplace.
