Responsibilities
- Lead the Front-End Innovation team in concept creation and design storytelling.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Product Design Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product design and innovation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing category-defining consumer products.
- Proven leadership skills in building and developing creative teams.
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively across all organizational levels.
- Technical foundation in high-volume manufacturing.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo, KeyShot, and Adobe Suite.
