Responsibilities
- Lead the Front-End Innovation team in concept creation and design storytelling.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Product Design Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product design and innovation, preferably in consumer goods.
- A portfolio showcasing design excellence and successful product commercialization.
- Proven leadership in developing creative teams and fostering collaboration.
- Strong communication skills to present ideas effectively at all organizational levels.
- Technical foundation in high-volume manufacturing and creativity feasibility.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, KeyShot, and Adobe Suite.
