Responsibilities
- Lead the Front-End Innovation team in concept creation and design storytelling.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Product Design Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product design and innovation in consumer goods.
- Strong portfolio of successful consumer products.
- Proven leadership in developing creative teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong technical foundation in high-volume manufacturing.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, KeyShot, and Adobe Suite.
