Responsibilities
- Design and build custom electro-mechanical test rigs for product testing
- Develop test methods to evaluate performance and reliability
- Analyze test data using statistical tools
- Document findings to influence product improvements
- Tear down products to understand functionality and improvement areas
- Collaborate with engineers across various functions
- Contribute to the improvement of test lab processes
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program, or recent graduation
- Ability to work full-time onsite
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Experience in programming with C++, Python, or similar languages
- Familiarity with microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi)
- Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
