Responsibilities
- Assist in acoustic and vibrational testing of consumer products.
- Analyze acoustic and vibration frequency spectra to identify noise sources.
- Collaborate with product development teams to improve sound quality.
- Review designs and provide insights into noise performance.
- Design and test solutions for noise and vibration issues.
- Lead research on novel noise reduction techniques.
- Participate in hands-on prototype development and testing.
Job Requirements
- Current student in Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics Engineering, or similar.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering and noise control principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CAD programs and prototype development.
- Familiarity with electronics and test equipment.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for acoustics and improving consumer noise experience.
