Responsibilities
- Support research and exploration of wearable and biomedical product opportunities.
- Apply knowledge of biomechanics and signal processing to real-world challenges.
- Collect and analyze physiological data to inform design decisions.
- Evaluate functionality and user experience of sensor-enabled systems.
- Use MATLAB and/or Python for data analysis and visualization.
- Participate in design discussions considering safety and usability.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to align technical insights with user needs.
Job Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in a related engineering program.
- Experience in biomechanics, signal processing, or control systems.
- Familiarity with physiological signals and basic signal processing concepts.
- Knowledge of MATLAB and/or Python for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Understanding of medical device design principles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively.
