Responsibilities
- Design analog and digital circuits, including low noise analog circuits and microprocessors.
- Perform design, debugging, and board bring-up of embedded electronics.
- Contribute directly to project work through architecture, schematics, and software design.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and Product Marketing for cost estimates.
- Design and develop electronics from initial concept to ongoing product support.
- Support fielded products and analyze field-reported issues.
- Work independently and in a team, demonstrating initiative with minimal guidance.
Job Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
- Previous experience in consumer products or consulting in consumer goods is desirable.
- Experience in all aspects of electrical design: component selection, system architecture, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong debugging skills for analog and digital electronics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
