Responsibilities
- Design analog and digital circuits, including low noise analog circuits and microprocessors.
- Perform design, debugging, and board bring-up of embedded electronics for microprocess-based control.
- Contribute to project work through architecture, schematics, and software design.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing to provide cost estimates and product implementation analysis.
- Support the design and development of consumer product electronics from concept to ongoing support.
- Analyze field-reported issues for fielded products.
- Work independently and in teams, demonstrating initiative with minimal guidance.
Job Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of related experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Previous experience in consumer products or consulting in the consumer goods space.
- Proficiency in electrical design aspects such as component selection and system architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong debugging and testing skills for electronic designs.
- Experience with documentation and compliance testing.
