Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a global multi-disciplinary team to define, design, build, and test new products.
- Propose circuit topologies to meet requirements.
- Design and build prototypes for testing and validation of new concepts.
- Research new technologies for future product use.
- Participate in peer design reviews and critically evaluate new product concepts.
- Generate test protocols and reports, communicating testing status proactively.
- Analyze EBOMs and CBOMs to control costs and drive cost reduction.
Job Requirements
- Experience in analog and digital embedded design.
- Proficiency in hardware design (schematic capture, PCB layout).
- Knowledge of firmware development (C and ASM).
- Familiarity with product development aspects like BOM cost tracking and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Understanding of product lifecycle from conception to mass production.
