Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Electrical Service Engineers.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance on complex projects.
- Consult with architects and engineers during project planning and construction.
- Review engineering plans and prepare reports or studies.
- Perform on-site inspections of electrical installations.
- Coordinate with other work groups to address customer service needs.
- Lead efforts to develop standardized work processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Six years of professional electrical engineering experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Washington State.
- Experience in project management and customer service.
- Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and relevant regulations.
- Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
