Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support new products and product improvements.
- Develop specifications, drawings, work instructions, reports, and related documentation.
- Provide testing and documentation to support manufacturing for existing and new products.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders as needed.
- Participate in equity/stock incentive programs and profit-sharing bonuses.
- Maintain strong communication skills for project management.
- Be flexible in job duties and take on additional responsibilities when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and hands-on mechanical aptitude.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and as a self-starter.
- Project management skills.
- Willingness to take on added responsibilities.
