Responsibilities
- Ensure project success from requirements definition through deployment, including schedule and budget management.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project scope and timelines.
- Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as necessary.
- Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and provide updates on project status.
- Implement and review operational standards and SOPs for safe facility operation.
- Analyze power consumption and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead failure investigations using structured problem-solving techniques.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
- Professional expertise in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ability to analyze problems and data, exercising judgment within defined procedures.
- General instructions on routine work with detailed instructions for new projects.
- Knowledge of project management processes in an industrial environment.
- Experience in leading teams and facilitating problem-solving sessions.
- Understanding of U.S. export control laws and compliance requirements.
