Responsibilities
- Maintain processes and manufacturing equipment in a high-volume semiconductor foundry.
- Develop and execute plans for process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze data related to quality, cost, and throughput.
- Respond to manufacturing equipment errors and implement countermeasures.
- Conduct defect monitoring and root cause analysis.
- Review equipment designs and perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Utilize engineering software tools for statistical modeling and analysis.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 6 months of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related occupation.
- Proficiency in defect monitoring, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with statistical modeling tools like JMP and Minitab.
- Familiarity with CAD design tools such as Creo Parametric and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong project management skills.
