Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for reliability improvement activities.
- Identify, plan, and execute reliability evaluations for new technology qualification and process changes.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve semiconductor fabrication reliability.
- Utilize statistical tools and reliability models for lifetime extraction from failure data.
- Conduct reliability assessments to optimize semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Develop and optimize reliability test methods for risk detection.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on reliability issues.
Job Requirements
- BA/MS/PhD in Material, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues deeply.
- Solid knowledge of BEOL reliability physics and failure mechanisms.
- In-depth knowledge of wafer-fabrication processes.
