Responsibilities
- Lead the design of electro-mechanical sub-assemblies to meet performance and reliability targets.
- Manage the total vehicle Bill of Materials, ensuring accuracy and control.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical systems design, with 3+ years in leadership.
- Expertise in mechanical design fundamentals and hardware for critical environments.
- Proficiency in CAD, drawing standards, and design review processes.
- Ability to lead technical decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of delivering production-grade hardware.
- Experience operating across manufacturing and field environments.
