Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of flexible generation engineering experts.
- Develop standalone greenfield and brownfield flexible generation solutions.
- Collaborate with Renewable Engineering to ensure synergies and standardization.
- Partner with Development and Origination teams for technical solutions design.
- Work with Procurement for technical due-diligence and vendor selection.
- Collaborate with Pre-construction and Project Execution teams for system inputs.
- Build technical excellence in market understanding and product pre-qualification.
Job Requirements
- Master’s in Engineering Science or Bachelor’s with significant relevant experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in power generation engineering.
- Deep understanding of natural gas generation system design.
- Proven ability to meet performance and organizational goals.
- Familiarity with vendor networks to support business objectives.
- Understanding of environmental and permitting requirements.
- Extensive experience in utility-scale project development.
