Responsibilities
- Build and lead a focused team of flexible generation engineering experts.
- Work closely with business development and product teams to develop flexible generation solutions.
- Collaborate with the Renewable Engineering team for standardization across technologies.
- Partner with Development and Origination teams to design technical solutions.
- Work with Procurement for technical due-diligence and vendor selection.
- Collaborate with Project Execution teams to ensure accurate technical specifications.
- Ensure a balance between development mindset, engineering excellence, and financial diligence.
Job Requirements
- Master’s in Engineering Science or a related field or Bachelor’s with significant experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in power generation engineering.
- Deep understanding of natural gas generation system design.
- Proven ability to meet performance and organizational goals.
- Familiarity with vendor networks supporting business objectives.
- Knowledge of environmental and permitting requirements.
- Extensive experience in utility-scale project development from origination to commissioning.
