Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to apply engineering concepts.
- Participate in real engineering challenges and projects.
- Attend regular meetings with mentors for guidance and progress updates.
- Engage in networking events with other interns and employees.
- Support build activities for turbomachinery components.
- Work closely with manufacturing and external vendors.
- Contribute to engine development projects.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in an engineering, physics, or math degree program with at least one semester remaining.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (Solidworks, Catia, NX).
- Knowledge of heat transfer and fluid mechanics.
- Experience with software such as ANSYS, Matlab, or Python.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for at least 12 weeks.
