Responsibilities
- Support mission proposals through flight operations.
- Conduct thermal simulations and hands-on work in the clean room.
- Install and operate hardware related to thermal control.
- Collaborate with team members across different subsystems.
- Attend 1:1 meetings with mentors and supervisors for guidance.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events.
- Develop skills and apply engineering concepts to real challenges.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math degree program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
- Thermal engineering experience is a plus.
- Experience using CAD/CAM and FEA machining is beneficial.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible for required authorizations.
