Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to apply engineering concepts to real challenges.
- Attend regular meetings with mentors to discuss progress and receive guidance.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events with other interns and employees.
- Contribute to design, analysis, and implementation of thermal engineering solutions.
- Support thermal teams on the launch services side as needed.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
- Work on projects that may involve using CAD/CAM and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math degree program with at least one semester remaining post-internship.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 3+ months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work effectively in small teams.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience or coursework in thermal engineering is preferred.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM and machining tools is a plus.
