Responsibilities

  • Support the design and analysis of engine system hardware.
  • Collaborate with the Neutron team on various engineering tasks.
  • Attend 1:1 meetings with mentors for guidance and progress updates.
  • Participate in tech talks and networking events with other interns and employees.
  • Apply engineering and industry concepts to solve challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of Neutron’s structures and components.
  • Assist in setting up launch pads and test sites across the U.S.

Job Requirements

  • Enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate program in engineering, physics, or math.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of heat transfer and fluid mechanics is preferred.
  • Experience with CAD and fluid dynamics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Siemens NX and ANSYS Workbench is desirable.
