Responsibilities
- Support the design and analysis of engine system hardware.
- Collaborate with the Neutron team on various engineering tasks.
- Attend 1:1 meetings with mentors for guidance and progress updates.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events with other interns and employees.
- Apply engineering and industry concepts to solve challenges.
- Contribute to the development of Neutron’s structures and components.
- Assist in setting up launch pads and test sites across the U.S.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate program in engineering, physics, or math.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of heat transfer and fluid mechanics is preferred.
- Experience with CAD and fluid dynamics is a plus.
- Familiarity with Siemens NX and ANSYS Workbench is desirable.
