Responsibilities
- Support the design and analysis of engine system hardware.
- Assist in the building of components for the Neutron rocket.
- Collaborate with the Neutron team on various engineering tasks.
- Attend 1:1 meetings with mentors for progress updates.
- Engage in tech talks and networking with other interns and employees.
- Contribute to the development of structures and components for the Neutron rocket.
- Participate in setting up launch pads and test sites across the U.S.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math degree program.
- GPA of 3.0 or above is required.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and work in high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with engineering concepts related to propulsion systems.
- Experience with CAD and knowledge of fluid mechanics and heat transfer would be beneficial.
- Must be able to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
