Responsibilities

  • Support the design and analysis of engine system hardware.
  • Assist in the building of components for the Neutron rocket.
  • Collaborate with the Neutron team on various engineering tasks.
  • Attend 1:1 meetings with mentors for progress updates.
  • Engage in tech talks and networking with other interns and employees.
  • Contribute to the development of structures and components for the Neutron rocket.
  • Participate in setting up launch pads and test sites across the U.S.

Job Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math degree program.
  • GPA of 3.0 or above is required.
  • At least 3 months of applied engineering experience is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and work in high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with engineering concepts related to propulsion systems.
  • Experience with CAD and knowledge of fluid mechanics and heat transfer would be beneficial.
  • Must be able to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
