Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain critical robotic capabilities in the fulfillment network.
- Motivate, reward, and coach the engineering team.
- Keep technical skills current for architecture and design discussions.
- Participate in troubleshooting and drive technical post-mortem discussions.
- Set a vision for the team and create product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Quality organizations for smooth production.
- Manage cross-team projects using project management skills.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with robotic hardware systems.
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in system architecture and design.
- Preferred: MS in a robotics-related discipline.
- Preferred: Experience in deploying industrial automation or robotics products.
- Preferred: Strong network of vendors and suppliers.
