Responsibilities
- Develop assembly processes, techniques, and tools for efficient assembly of the Gasifier system.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers.
- Develop standards and processes to increase reliability and decrease process time.
- Lead troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts in real-time.
- Author work instructions for various work scopes.
- Manage changes and upgrades as the system evolves.
- Train teammates to support empowered product ownership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics.
- 1+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
- Strong experience with turbomachinery hardware build and design.
- Experience in planning and executing basic test operations.
- Knowledge of GD&T and its inspection procedures.
- Systems engineering experience with multi-disciplinary integrated systems.
- Ability to respond to emergencies and work flexible hours.
