Responsibilities
- Support the Neutron Propulsion team in creating FEA models of designs.
- Analyze critical rocket engine hardware.
- Collaborate with team members on engineering projects.
- Attend 1:1 meetings with mentors for progress updates.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events.
- Apply engineering concepts to solve real challenges.
- Gain hands-on experience in rocket propulsion systems.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math degree program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
- Proficiency in software such as Python, ANSYS, Siemens NX, Matlab, or Solidworks is preferred.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
