Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to apply engineering concepts.
- Solve real engineering challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Attend regular 1:1 meetings with mentors for progress updates.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events with interns and employees.
- Assist in the development of new concepts and hardware for space applications.
- Build and test designs to ensure they can withstand extreme space conditions.
- Deliver fully tested hardware to the spacecraft integration team.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s, master's, or doctorate program in engineering, physics, or math.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in high-performing teams.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills in project development.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and finite element analysis tools.
- Experience in 3D printing and machining is a plus.
