Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to apply engineering concepts.
- Solve real challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Attend 1:1 meetings with mentors for progress updates.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events.
- Contribute to the deliverables of HITL stakeholders.
- Engage in development projects with minimal supervision.
- Foster collaboration across teams to achieve results.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in an engineering, physics, or math degree program with at least one semester remaining.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering and Mechatronics is a plus.
- Experience with Python is advantageous.
- Availability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
