Responsibilities
- Work closely with mentors and team members to apply engineering knowledge.
- Solve real challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Attend 1:1 meetings with mentors for progress updates.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events.
- Support the design, sourcing, and manufacturing of fluid components.
- Conduct qualification tests on fluid components.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver results.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math program with at least one semester remaining.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 3+ months of applied engineering experience.
- Knowledge in CAD/CAM, CNC, and 3D printing is a plus.
- Familiarity with fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and materials science is desirable.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
- Thrives in ambiguity and works well in small teams.
