Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to enhance technical and professional skills.
- Apply engineering concepts to solve real challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Attend regular 1:1 meetings with mentors and supervisors for progress updates.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events with other interns and employees.
- Assist in the design, sourcing, and manufacturing of fluid components for Neutron and Archimedes.
- Support qualification tests to ensure components meet functional requirements.
- Engage in development projects and collaborate across teams to deliver results.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math degree program with at least one semester remaining post-internship.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 3+ months of applied engineering experience (internship, laboratory, or projects).
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM, CNC, and 3D printing is a plus.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and materials science is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
