The Electrical Engineer I/II will participate in the development and testing of avionics hardware for spacecraft programs, collaborating with various engineering disciplines throughout the electrical hardware development process.
Responsibilities
- Develop PCBA requirements in collaboration with other engineering disciplines
- Schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer
- Conduct circuit analysis, including power, tolerance, and reliability
- Perform PCBA design verification testing and system integration testing
- Provide production manufacturing support as needed
- Collaborate with engineers across various disciplines
- Test and operate systems on-orbit
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or other engineering discipline
- Strong background in analog electronics design
- Proficiency in circuit analyses using SPICE and Excel
- U.S. citizenship required due to program requirements
- For Electrical Engineer II: 2+ years of electrical hardware design experience
- Strong understanding of electric circuit design fundamentals
- Proficiency with basic electronic lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, DMMs)
