Responsibilities
- Design and develop the battery and vehicle’s high voltage bus system.
- Conduct analysis and optimization of HV bus behavior and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) and risk assessments.
- Evaluate and integrate HV components for optimal performance.
- Lead root cause analysis for HV system issues during development and production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of HV systems.
- Support comprehensive test plans for high voltage components and systems.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Battery/Automotive/Aerospace industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in HV DC system design and analysis.
- Expertise in High Voltage safety principles and regulatory standards.
- Strong knowledge of electrical interfaces between HV battery and vehicle systems.
- Proficient in engineering analysis and simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
