Responsibilities
- Monitor field performance metrics and escalate high-impact issues using warranty data.
- Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques such as 8D and 5-Whys.
- Create detailed documentation for customer reviews.
- Present information to leadership for customer satisfaction and Field Service Actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned.
- Develop and track metrics for monitoring issues and corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with a high workload.
- Basic SQL/Python coding experience.
- Understanding of reliability fundamentals (Weibulls, Nevada Charts).
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
