Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing for ECU, PCBA, and subcomponents.
- Develop sourcing strategies based on market analysis and technology roadmaps.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers on contracts and agreements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to align sourcing strategies with technology development.
- Analyze quote submissions to drive cost reductions for vehicles.
- Manage supplier performance and relationships through metrics.
- Collaborate with finance and program management to support budget and prototype requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in contract manufacturing, automotive, or consumer electronics.
- Effective negotiation skills specific to ECUs and PCBAs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with automotive, electrical, electronics, or hardware suppliers.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous situations.
